2018 BMW M5 New Engine Transmission More Features, According to the Bavarian car manufacturer, the 2018 BMW M5 will rely on an improved version of the 4.4-liter V8 engine. The twin-turbo unit will produce 600 horsepower and 553 pound-feet of torque.
