Volvo XC60’s design is perhaps the most well balanced combination of Volvo’s traditional design and improved styling techniques. Interior design is smooth and typical Volvo like. It is bright, spacious and thoroughly modern. 2017 Volvo XC60 has a very spacious interior which is comfortably accommodates five passengers and there is ample space to freely navigate inside without any problems. The upgraded dashboard is angled towards the driver, with a large Thin-Film Transistor (TFT) display of all virtual instruments in the cluster. This car’s dashboard design is very minimalistic and it is black in colour. Its business like and very, as much like a very high-quality Subaru dash as the German luxury cars it’s priced against.Volvo’s design has improved since it has abandoned its trademark ‘boxy’-design. The new 2017 Volvo XC60’s looks are distinctive and striking. It looks a bit chiselled in terms of shape but blends smooth curves and angles, including an upswept beltline. This car also comes with a glossy grille which is slightly crisper and slightly lower. It comes with a very spacious luggage storage compartment. Volvo has retained its traditional “iron mark” badge. The car is tall yet visually elegant. It is well balanced in terms of proportions and detailing. Available in a one colour only, the car surely looks classier than its contemporaries.2017 Volvo XC60 is equipped with a 2400 cc three cylinder petrol engine and offers all wheel drive. The 180 HP (Horsepower) engine has a stroke of 93.15 mm and bore of 81 mm. It has got a six speed automatic transmission and a torque of 440 nm. Even though the company boasts about its safety systems XC60’s auto braking system has failed to detect pedestrians in its test. A proper pedestrian detecting system would cost an extra $3000.Every 2017 Volvo XC60 comes with power front seats, cruise control, a large sunroof, satellite radio, USB connectivity, and Bluetooth. Special features include tunnel-detecting headlamps; wipers that can auto-sense rain & respond immediately, headlamp washers.
