2016 Toyota CH-R - Toyota Cars Review
Welcome to Raiacars.com, The next review about 2016 Toyota CH-R from Toyota cars. Let's see more specification, concept and review details for this cars below.
2016 Toyota CH-R, Release date and priceWhile the model has been released quite a bit of time ago, it won’t go into production by the end of 2016 mostly because Toyota plans to refine the car, just like they did with the FT-1. Upon launch we expect both a petrol powered model as well as a hybrid and a base price of around $25,000 which may seem much but the car will most likely deliver. In terms of engines it will certainly get the BMW developed 1.5 liter 3 cylinder engine, both on the base model and also on the hybrid version. The base car is actually likely going to get a supercharged 1.5 liter engine with as much as 160 horsepower and 200 lb-ft of torque, allowing for both great fuel consumption and good performance. Unfortunately, it will only come with front wheel drive and a new 8 speed transmission. The hybrid on the other hand is only going to be available with four wheel drive and a 1.5 liter turbocharged petrol engine which should be good for around 200 horsepower. It will get a similar gearbox to the base car but this time with an electric motor included in it. The total power for this should rise to around 280 horsepower which should make the 2016 Toyota CH-R the craziest small crossover on the market. There isn’t much information about 2016 Toyota CH-R interior so far but it will likely get five seats as well as all the usual commodities of a car in this price range. Things such as satellite navigation, cruise control, automatic climate control, a premium audio system or even aluminum and leather inserts are going to be standard features. The only drawback we see with this car is the fact that it only has three doors, so the rear passengers won’t be really comfortable in there. The design of 2016 Toyota CH-R on the other hand is great with cues borrowed from the FT-1, making for one of the most interesting cars Toyota ever made.
