Model for the year 2016, will remain the same size and almost the same design as the 2015 Kia Sportage. On the front of the vehicle, are obvious, minimal changes. The vehicle received a ‘Tiger Nose’ grille and new wrap-around headlamps. Grille engine is set slightly lower than the current model. On the rear side of the vehicle, is noticeable the new design of LED lights. Although a large amount of camouflage, on test specimens, hides a lot, it seems that the company is not giving up proven formula for success. The interior of the current model is made of high quality materials and offers a number of facilities and systems for easier handling and greater enjoyment when traveling. Nothing less is expected from either 2016 Kia Sportage model. Possible improvements are expected with the accompanying systems. These improvements depend on the advancement of technology on which the systems are designed and constructed. The only improvement, which is the officially announced, is the improvement of the transmission. Namely, along with a six-speed, manual transmission, will be available and a new seven-speed automatic transmission with double clutch.2016 Kia Sportage will use the same drive units as well as the current model. It includes two petrol and two diesel units. Weaker gasoline engine is the 1.2-liter Turbo T-GDi, with 132 hp, while the more powerful is 2.0-liter Turbo T-GDi engine which develops 245 hp power output. This engine represents the top-range version offered Sportage models. Of diesel engines are offered 2.0-liter R-Engine with 190 hp, and 1.6-liter CRDi with 136 hp. Some sources suggest improving the performance of this engine. As we mentioned in the offer will be versions with six-speed MT, and versions of the new seven-speed AT.
