2015 Nissan GT-R Nismo, As far as the exterior goes, when compared to standard GT-R, the Nismo version comes with a special look, thanks to a variety of carbon-fiber highlights that have helped reduce the weight of the car for 143 pounds, and they include: front fenders, hood and trunk lid as well as a body kit that comes with a new bumpers and side skirts. Inside you will find the ergonomically shaped carbon fiber Recaro seats, and they are available only in Japan and Europe. The 3-spoke steering wheel is wrapped in lightweight Alcantra, and has red contrast stitching, which continues into the center console, seats, and the door trim adding a touch of sexiness to the interior.Under the hood of the 2015 Nissan GT-R Nismo, you will find an overhauled 3.8 l, twin-turbo V-6 engine, which is able to pump out up to 600 hp and 481 lb-ft of torque, which is a phenomenal jump from the standard 545 hp and 463 lb-ft of torque. This is possible due to optimized ignition timing, high-flow, larger-diameter turbochargers, and an upgraded fuel pump which pours fuel down the monster’s throat. Some reports say that NISMO has also increased the beginning of the red line from the standard 6400 rpm up to 6800 rpm, but this wasn’t mentioned in the official release. Even though that Nissan didn’t share the performance numbers yet, they did say that the 2015 GT-R Nismo fitted with the optional Track Package and with Michael Krumm, an ex FIA GT1 champion, behind the wheel, made a lap time of 7:08.68 at the famous Nurburgring racetrack.
