This SUV was originally introduced in 1979 as a serial version of the military vehicle, and since then has not significantly changed with the exception of a few mechanical changes. Despite the efforts of Mercedes to replace the legendary SUV with modern GL-Class, G-Class is still the favorite choice of the army and fans of off-road driving. Although it is now clear that the standard model, if given the green light for production, certainly will not have similar technology, it is interesting to see what awaits us in Inventing the Future. Mercedes claims that the said motor can travel up to 800 miles before recharging, but that there is still no technology for mass production. We will mention only the G-Class engine currently provides, and they are much more realistic solution for serial Ener-G-Force.
